We manufacture high quality thread Protectors that are used to protect the precisely machined threads from physical abuse. COMPOSITE THREAD PROTECTOR

Precision Engineered with a Steel roll over bumper designed to absorb severe impact & prevent damage to the thread connection during handling & Transport. Composite thread protector cover the full thread length & seal face to prevent stripping loosening or ingress of debris & corrosion, which will damage the thread. The heavy duty HDPE Plastic thread profile prevent all contact between the steel bumper & the thread connection thereby eliminating possibility of bi-metallic corrosion.
Composite sizes available from 4 ^1/2” to 9^5/8”. Standard API & Premium Threads Closed end, open end, liftable configuration available with CNC threading.

PRESSED STEEL THREAD PROTECTOR

VENTURE Pressed Steel Thread Protectors are designed & manufactured to protect the API Drill pipes, Drill Collars connections and tubing made as per API 5D, 7&5CT respectively.

VENTURE pressed Steel Protectors are made from 3mm thick E.D.D. QUALITY Steel sheets, precision CNC machined, phosphatised using Manganese Phosphate & Dehydrated to make them rust free.

Manganese Phosphating- a hot Phosphating process adopted by VENTURE reduces galling, improves adhesion of thread compound & prevents steel to steel contact which helps protect functional properties of thread ends.

Hot Phosphating is just one more reason of VENTURE pressed Steel Thread Protectors being different than other.

PLASTIC THREAD PROTECTOR

VENTURE Plastic Thread Protector are design & manufactured to suit casing pipes & Tubing as per API-5CT High accuracy CNC machining of threads giving complete engagement preventing stripping or loosing of the protector during use & preventing moisture & debris from making contact with threads & seal areas.

Initial manufacturing using 100% vergin HDPE with high UV resistance means that our protectors are totally & completely recyclable using a 100% friendly system.

Features

	• Protectors made using HDPE provide total protection to thread ends
	• HDPE proctors are thermal stable within API’s specified temperature range of -46°c to+66°c.
	• The protectors are chemically inert & free from corrosion & galling.
